Delivery Details
Personalised Bears will prepare YOUR gift to YOUR exact requirements. Majority of our products are embroidered and NOT printed and therefore the personalisation process can take longer.
We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. All services used provide proof of posting and online confirmation. Your gift may require a signature so please ensure delivery can be accepted. If not, a card will be left with further instructions for you to arrange a re-delivery or to collect from your local sorting office. If your personalised gift is returned us, you may be liable for re-delivery costs. Saturday delivery does occur, however this is not guaranteed. There are no deliveries on Sundays, Bank and Public Holidays.
All of our orders are sent Royal Mail tracked and use an online confirmation service. We will not refund postage costs for late delivery. Once your parcel has been posted delivery is dependant on the postal service. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to Royal Mail. If you item is urgent we suggest using a next day guaranteed service.
Once your gift has been dispatched we will send an email to your submitted email address confirming your order delivery details. Most parcels are sent in a postal bag unless gift wrapping is required. Due to the nature of the delivery system they may arrive slightly squashed. This is easily rectified by giving the soft plush toy a rub. If you do have any questions regarding your order please contact us.

A working day is Monday - Friday and does not include Weekends, UK Bank and Public Holidays. An order placed after 10am will be classed as the next working day.
Tracked48 Delivery Service - UK
Your order is processed usually within 2-3 working days and dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked48. You will then need to allow several days on top for delivery. Max 5 items per transaction.
Tracked24 Delivery Service - UK
Your order is processed usually within 1-2 working days and dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked24. You will then need to allow 1-2 working days on top for delivery. Max 5 items per transaction.
Express Delivery Service - UK
Your order is dispatched same working day if purchased before 10am. If purchased after 10am it will be dispatched next working day. You order is dispatched using Royal Mail next working day special delivery (Mon-Fri Only). Deliveries can occur on a Saturday but this is not guaranteed.
