These have been compiled to help you with any queries you may have before or after placing an order with us. Q. How do i tell you how i want the text laid out on my bears/dolls top.
A. 
We offer more text on our products that most other companies and therefore the text is laid out on the bear or dolls top the best way that fits because each product is different.  When you give us your requirements for personalisation a template is carefully made for each individual item by Louise our template designer. Louise has been designing logo's for companies and schools for many many years.  If you would like your teddy bear or rag doll's top embroidered in a certain way please contact Louise with your requirement and she will be more than happy to assist  you with some samples.   Please email her direct  louise@personalisedbears.net



Q. If i choose gift wrapping - how will my item be gift wrapped
A.  We have set up a gift wrapping page - Click HERE for details.



Q. I haven't received my item yet?
A.  We have several postal options - did you choose the correct option. Click HERE for details of our delivery details.




Q. I have received a dispatch email but still haven't received my item -  How can i track my item?
A. You can track your item by using the tracking barcode that was given to you in your dispatch email. Click HERE to be directed  to Royal Mail Track and Trace. You will need your tracking barcode. 


Q. I don't require any text and i can't add my item to checkout?
A. The text boxes need to be validated in order for you to continue to checkout.  If you do NOT require text then please type in the space (NOT REQUIRED) and you will be able to continue to the next step.
